This weekend the phillies managed to not only get sweeped by the Rockies, they also managed to not homer once at Coors Field. Even a potbellied beer-league softball player could hit one out there. But could Pat Burrell or Scott Rolen? Apparently, they could not.

So they come out tonite against the Giants, and put 5 unanswered runs on the board, by the 4th I think. So what do they do then? Stop hitting, and give every run back, plus 3. David Coggin, who I think is pretty good compared to the other bums they have, walked in 2 of those 8. Person, who's "how-many-runs-can-I-give-up-and-still-get-the-win" calculator must have been broken tonite, gave up 5. But in all fairness to him, Silva gave up a few of those.

It's just not worth it to be a baseball fan, unless you're one of them bandwagon Yankees fans.
